New Patient Information – Tacoma, WA
What You Need to Know Before Your Visit
We hope to exceed your expectations when it comes to your experience at South Sound Endodontics. As you get to know our office, services, and website, we hope that you consider us as your go-to for all your endodontic needs. Should you decide to become a patient, we encourage you to read about what you can expect during your first visit. Below, you’ll find financing information, new patient forms, and how we conduct your very appointment.
Your First Visit
We encourage everyone to register as a patient online through our patient portal, which can be found further down on this page. If you do not get a chance to complete this step, we ask that you come to the office a few minutes early so you have time to fill out all the information we need to complete your new patient profile. After we’ve called your name, Dr. Tina Olsson will perform an exam, discuss any questions or concerns you have, and provide same-day treatment with time permitting.
New Patient Forms
Personalizing your treatment involves getting to know your oral health needs first and foremost. By filling out a new patient form for our office, we can determine ahead of time what you need and the most important information to keep in mind before you even arrive. When you download your new patient forms, print them and fill them out before your visit; we can expedite your appointment and help you save time.
Does your current dentist provide a patient portal for your convenience? Once you’ve created an account with us at South Sound Endodontics, it’s easier than ever for dentists and patients to log important information about their needs. When you first arrive at our office, you’ll be given a chance to create an account with your email, which you can then use at any time to access information regarding your care.

Below, you’ll find a list of insurance companies we are currently in-network with, including those commonly provided to military personnel.
